Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to feel confident with Pawlova. Please review the return conditions carefully before using water with the device.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • The product must be unused, clean, and free from pet hair, water marks, scratches, or wear.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts must be included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
Important: Because Pawlova is an electrical pet bathing device, it must not have been filled with water or used on a pet. Once water has been used with the device, it is no longer eligible for return unless the item is defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@tubble.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, email used at checkout, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  4. Pack the complete product securely in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pawlova will cover return shipping after approval.

For change-of-mind returns, accidental purchases, or pet preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, filled with water, washed, or exposed to pet hair
  • Products with scratches, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards, clearance items, or final-sale products

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Include clear photos or videos of the issue, the packaging, and your order number. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product color or item, please follow the return process first. Once your return is received and approved, we will help arrange the replacement.

International Returns

For orders outside the United States, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Please use a trackable shipping service. Pawlova is not responsible for lost or delayed international returns.
