Set up a warm, low-stress bath space
Prepare everything in advance so your pet is not waiting around while wet or nervous. Keep towels nearby, speak calmly, and start with low water pressure if your pet is new to bathing.
Attach the Base & Add Shampoo
Secure the machine base to the inner wall of the container. Add a suitable amount of pet shampoo to create gentle foamy water.
Turn On the Machine
Start the machine and adjust the water pressure to a comfortable level for your pet. Begin with low pressure for first-time use.
Gently Wash Your Pet
Rinse your pet with the foamy water until the coat is fully covered. Avoid the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
Rinse with Clean Water
Empty the soapy water and refill the container with clean warm water. Rinse thoroughly until all shampoo is removed.
Dry & Keep Warm
After bathing, towel-dry your pet immediately and use a pet dryer or blow dryer if needed. Keep your pet warm until fully dry.
Best bath environment
Use Pawlova in a calm room with stable footing and comfortable temperature. A non-slip mat can help nervous pets feel more secure.
Shampoo tip
Use a pet-safe shampoo suited to your pet’s skin and coat type. Do not use human shampoo unless advised by a vet.
First-time pets
Let your pet sniff the device first, then introduce sound and water gradually so the experience stays gentle and predictable.
