Yes. Start with the lowest comfortable pressure and always monitor your pet’s reaction. Extra caution is recommended around very young, elderly, or sensitive pets.

We recommend using a pet-safe shampoo appropriate for your pet’s coat and skin. Avoid human shampoo unless your veterinarian recommends it.

Avoid direct spraying into the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. Use a softer approach around the face and sensitive areas.

Add about 10–15 cm / 4–6 inches of warm water to the container, then test the temperature before bathing.

Empty the container, rinse away shampoo residue, and allow the device and accessories to dry fully before storing. Keep the product clean and dry between uses.

Start slowly. Let your pet inspect the device first, begin with low pressure, and keep the first session short and positive.
